Cozy, modern vacation apartment in idyllic Essing in the Altmühltal valley

This bright and welcoming 80-square-meter holiday apartment is located in the Altessing area, just a few metres from the Main-Danube Canal and a section of the King Ludwig-Main Canal. The biking and hiking trails that run along the rivers are perfect for all kinds of activities. The holiday apartment was completed in 2017 and is located safely above a yoga studio. The living and dining area also features a fully equipped kitchenette with a counter and two bar stools. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, electric stove (4 burners), dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Tea towels and cleaning rags are provided. Guests can enjoy their home-cooked meals at the separate dining table with four chairs. A third person can sleep on the cosy and spacious sleeper sofa. Guests can watch TV from both the sofa and the dining table. The bedroom features a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. Hand towels and bath towels are provided. Guests can use the free Wi-Fi. There is a parking space; upon request, your car or bicycles can be stored in a garage. The electric blinds on the skylights provide protection from the sun in the summer. The holiday rental is ready for occupancy at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Please let us know your estimated arrival time. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. The visitor’s tax is 2 EUR per person per night for guests aged 16 and older. Pets are not allowed here.
