This beautiful home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are 3 beds in total - one king bed, one queen bed, and one sofa bed. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom. The living room flows together with the dining room and the living room has a pull out bed to accommodate guests. An air mattress may be requested for a small fee. The home comes equipped with a washer and dryer. Air fryer, deep fryer, and toaster are available for your use. Huge fenced in backyard with kids playset, grill, and covered seating area. The entire space is yours to use throughout your stay. ** Message for monthly discounts**

You will have access to convenient self check-in and self check-out using our secure smart lock system.

We are tucked into a residential area of west Jacksonville. 25 minutes from the Jacksonville International Airport, 15 min from Naval Air Base, 10 minutes from downtown.

Jacksonville is largely a driving city, and we recommend bringing your own vehicle or any ride sharing apps.

Please notify if any additional guests will be staying.
$20 per person per day for additional guests not in the reservation.

No smoking inside the home, $500 fine for those who do.

$25 per night pet fee, subject to approval.

$300 fee for undisclosed pets.

Nice yard for dogs

It’s a nice property for the price and it has a nice fenced yard for dogs. I would consider staying here again. Not much around it from a restaurant standpoint and very limited interaction with the owner.

My son got married!

We needed a home close to my son’s wedding venue in Glen St Mary. This was nearby and just the perfect stay. Such a lovely home. Clean. Neat. And very comfy. My husband and I had our granddaughter here for a short time and it was perfect.
