The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, campfire site, and dog kennel. Whether you want to relax or seek an adventurous time, our holiday homes are the ideal place for your vacation. Enjoy a few laps in the pool before breakfast and unwind in the evening on our spacious terrace with a glass of wine. Experience the breathtaking Istrian coast with its beautiful beaches and enjoy the diverse cultural offerings in nearby Poreč or Novigrad, or take advantage of the numerous water sports and leisure activities and let yourself be pampered by the excellent Mediterranean cuisine of Istria. Location
Vabriga, 700 m above sea level. The villa is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Here, in the middle of the small picturesque Croatian village of Vabriga, we built two holiday villas for you in 2018, to the best of our knowledge and belief, with everything that belongs to a perfect holiday for us. And all this just a mere six-hour drive from Munich.

Find modern facilities, high-quality designs, two pools, spacious sleeping and living areas, kitchens equipped with all amenities, lovingly designed gardens, terraces, and balconies – in short, wellness oases at their finest. Access is via a mountain road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) in a carport.

In summer: Lanterna Resort 1000 m in Lanterna (private beach and nudist beach 3 km in Lanterna with grass, sand, and stones). Lanterna: tennis, golf, mini-golf, horse riding, diving, water sports facilities, boat rental, boat dock each 1000 m. Dog beach 2 km. Fishing in Novigrad 5 km. No matter the season: in spring when you're still scraping ice at home, the first flowers and bushes are already blooming here. The ideal travel time for all outdoor activities: hiking, tennis, golf, biking – soak up the first warm rays of the year. Try wild asparagus, toast with the new vintages in the wine cellars, and discover the Istrian way of life.

Summer, sun, sunshine – almost guaranteed with us. Our summer months are hot, dry, and full of life. Historical festivals, modern music festivals in our towns and harbours welcome all international guests and offer unforgettable moments of uninhibited zest for life!

It's harvest time in autumn: olives, wine, and truffles are our favourites. Did you know that Istrian olive oil has surpassed Italy and Greece internationally and is considered among the best in the world? And our wines – it's worth a discovery tour through the vineyards. Truffle hunting is a bit more challenging – but that's not your concern. Simply enjoy the fresh tubers in one of our delicious national dishes, the "Fuzi," the Istrian national noodle. Best enjoyed in one of the farm restaurants, where the chef still searches for the exclusive mushrooms himself – it doesn't get fresher than that!

Winter has become a true insider tip. Even the usually calm Adriatic becomes wild and crashes with primal force onto the deserted beaches. It's cuddle time. But don't worry, the heating in our holiday homes works! Connoisseurs know that now is the best time for freshly caught fish and seafood.
