*CONSTRUCTION NOTICE* Beginning April 2026, the tennis courts will be demolished and be remodeled into more parking. This project is estimated to take 8 weeks and during this time you will experience noise and notice workers and equipment onsite during working hours.
This beautifully elegant two bedroom unit at Mainsail has a wonderful Gulf view from a private eighth-floor balcony. You will enjoy the comfortable and contemporary style of this condominium. The living room has plenty of seating with a sofa, a loveseat, two chairs, a nice round dining set to seat six, and three bar stools. The master bedroom has a crisp upgraded look with a king bed, custom bedding, dark wood furniture, and access to the gulf side balcony. The guest bedroom features two nice twin beds, cozy white bedding, and carpeted floor. Both bedrooms and the living room have TVs and DVD players for your entertainment.

View was great, room was great. Only bad thing is you have to park a half mile from the building, because there are only 20 parking spots for 200 rooms. When o asked them why they didn’t tell us about this they said “thanks for the input”. Kind of ridiculous.
Property was super inviting & clean. We totally enjoyed the 2 complementary Beach chairs with umbrella! Water is perfect, only had one bad day of rough water, but overall it was nice and relaxing!!

Bright condo
The condo was nice but needed some updates. Also the blinds in the front bedroom were broke and did not block the Sun in the morning. The skylights also made it difficult for anyone to sleep on the sofa bed in the den.
Great view but washer didn’t work and loud,,, Could not sit in the front row umbrella seats that were reserved for owners and would’ve thought that would’ve been set up for us

Great location, questionable unit
This unit was a great location and view but the good things end there. Specific check in instructions weren’t provided and we had to chase down the security guard on the property to get our parking pass. There also
were not specific instructions about what building we were in or how to find the unit easily. When we arrived there was a sanitary napkin on the bathroom
Floor. Also everything was unplugged and we had to plug it all back in. The bad thing is- most of the plugs were old and wouldn’t hold the plug in it. I wasnt Able to lay in bed and charge my cell phone due to the plug situation. The second bathroom ceiling was peeling off and prices of paint would fall on you during your shower. We did contact the management and they helped us with getting the second TV working but said they would address the plugs after we left. The unit needs more attention. As a short term rental owner myself, I know how much Vacasa charges for property management and this owner is not getting their money’s worth for what they pay. It’s a busy season with lots of turns but that doesn’t mean the unit shouldn’t be well kept. We would come back to this building but pick a different unit.

Great vacation but some room for improvement
A few things that might benefit the owners/manager of property. I rated the cleanliness down a little because as although it appeared clean upon our arrival they might want to check in or do quality checks on housekeeping staff. Things we observed sand on the floors which is understandable given the location, stains in the refrigerator that appeared it had not been wiped down from previous renter, found some children’s jewelry and a Capri Sun package underneath the master bedroom bed which let us Feel that had not been swept very carefully. The spare bedroom comforter had severe what appeared to be make up stains all over it. The comforter had been flipped so it was on the underneath side and at the bottom of the bed so wasn’t immediately noticeable. Given the reviews or description rather of the unit says that bedding is changed between each occupant doesn’t sound like bears true. I will take ownership of not readingFine print closely enough but not only did I pay a booking fee to Vrbo but also to Windham. Let’s just say in the future if a verbo unit says it’s Wyndham I will probably directly book from Wyndham! When I questioned this to a Wyndham agent he was a little less than professional stating, we have to make our money too ha ha. I do understand that, truly I do, but didn’t really appreciate his flip response. All in all very good experience and would consider returning though!
