When we arrived there was a sign on the patio door that said the patio was closed. Someone had damaged a part of the railing. We were not notified of this. You rent a beachside condo so when you arent on the beach you can sit out and enjoy the view from the patio. Place needs updating. The couch is completely worn out and one of the windows by the kitchen leaked all day when it rained.
