Great location. Beautiful balcony to enjoy the ocean with all the comforts of home. Except the Venetian blinds need replacing.(slats kept falling off leaving no privacy at night ) otherwise was grateful to be there.

I don’t care about how cute or aesthetic a condo is but here are a few things : front door rusty and doesn’t close well,toaster doesn’t work, sliding door lock broken, mold stains on bathroom mirror, beach chair service not included, no shower liner, looked like blood drops stains on sheets, fridge shelves broken, smoke detector kept going off and batteries were corroded. The only good was cold a/c and hot water.

We had a great time here and the location couldn't be beat. For the price considering tge location, I had to give it 5 stars. However, as a property owner myself, I would add some minor things to the kitchen, modern shelving in the bathroom, and change out the rusty metal doors inside and out. Overall though we had a great time so thank you.
