The Space:

Find your perfect beach getaway at this 25th-floor, gulf-front condo on the beautiful west end of Panama City Beach. Large windows make you feel like you're in paradise from the moment you walk in. Outside on the balcony, you can gaze upon the Gulf of Mexico and watch the sun gently settle in the western sky.



This beautiful vacation condo features a spacious living room overlooking the gulf, a 50-inch flatscreen TV, comfortable seating, and a dining room set. The kitchen boasts a view of the gulf as well, so cooking dinner is pure enjoyment instead of a chore.



The primary bedroom suite offers a flatscreen TV, an adjoining bathroom, and personal access to the balcony for early risers who want to sip a cup of coffee outside. There's also a bunk nook (with its own bathroom across the hall) and a sofabed. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, cable, and WiFi.



Tidewater Beach Resort offers more than enough amenities for fun and relaxation: a heated indoor pool; two outdoor pools with hot tubs; a fitness center with a spa, a steam room, and a sauna; a theater-style movie/media center; an arcade/game room; a restaurant; a coffee shop; and a tropical bar. But the best part is the location - just a short walk or bike ride from Pier Park's fantastic restaurants, shops, amusement park, and movie theater.



THINGS TO KNOW

During spring break, this condo is only available to families or groups in which all occupants are at least 25 years of age.

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).

Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Very clean and well appointed. King bed was comfortable. Nice balcony furniture to enjoy the view of the beautiful beach. Great location, plenty of parking. The check in process was a bit of a hassle and the individuals at the desk were less than personable. But overall, a great stay.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. I have no complaints my kids did say the beds were not comfortable but that doesn’t really mean much. They are picky. I will say our bed was comfortable no complaints about anything. This unit was very clean and accommodated us perfectly!!!! Elevators take a long time but that is to be expected when staying at a condominium with a lot of people. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you for having us!!!!

Nice property, great condo, terrible check in process, worst elevators ever.

The property and condo were great. Very nice. Enjoyed all of the amenities. The check in process was lengthy and overly detailed. Out of all properties we have stayed at in PCB, the elevators at Tidewater are the absolute worst.

Beautiful view

The view made all the other “hiccups” worth it! The desk agent was condescending and did not provide a pleasant check in to get parking passes and wrist bands. The original code provided did not work but was resolved within 20 minutes of arriving to our room. The balcony and out door furniture to lounge was amazing! Showers need an update, and beds need an update. The main bed room had a fun spring mattress and was not so comfortable. The couch was comfortable, but it was stained. No major complaints about the kitchen really, as it was nice to have. The refrigerator is slightly too big for the tiny kitchen. We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet for the most part, and the view made it totally worth it. Would stay here again and would recommend.
