The Space:

Waterscape's A105 is stylishly decorated in tropical blues, reds, and greens, and is adorned with colorful accents and artwork. The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious patio with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom and guest bedroom feature a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player.



Things to Know

Beach service is included from March to October.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Great stay we enjoyed the condo, it was nice and clean. Would have been nice to have a few extra pots and pans. Beds were a little hard, but overalll we would stay there again.

Perfect location!

Came for a cheer competition and it was the perfect location! Walked to the venue and dining. Pool was great for hanging out with the framily. Condo had everything we needed and very clean.

Location to pool and beach was great. Did not have view of ocean. Bed was very firm, some prefer that. The lazy river was inoperable, but the kids enjoyed the hot tub and pools.

this was the 5th stay at this location. 1st time in this unit. Stayed a week after a hurricane but the Staff/management company had the place up and running, business as usual. No complaints.

Loved the beach location and heated pool

We stayed at the condo in February, so the lazy river and big pool were a bit too cold for us. We enjoyed the beach location and heated pool and hot tub. The condo was a great size, equipped with most everything we needed (but not a hair dryer, oddly enough). Check in and check out were smooth, and the kids loved the bunk beds. Condo was a bit dated and mostly had views of the building next door, but we could see a bit of the ocean as well.

Great place

Great location for the beach and restaurants. The room was up to date and comfortable. Beds were comfy. Beautiful, big bathrooms. Pool and lazy river were clean and fun. The only thing we needed was a broom but there's a vacuum cleaner provided. Loved it and would stay in this unit again. Very convenient being on first floor. No view but we didn't stay in the room anyway.

our family loved A105. A++! Great location on the ground floor (no riding elevators with little ones), condo was very quiet, a/c worked great, super easy access to the pools. The queen bed made sqeaky sounds. Don’t forget your coffee filters.

The beach is the only thing that makes this location worth it

The apartment itself was very nice and clean. The bathroom’s definitely could have been cleaner. The oven in our kitchen was held together by one screw and when we tried to open the door the handle and facade fell off. Vacasa was good about getting someone over first thing in the morning to fix it. The building was disgusting. We noted several cockroaches around the interior and exterior. The hallway smelled like rotting garbage all weekend. Definitely not a place I would return or recommend.

Nice condo/ chaotic resort

The condo was nice. It is stocked with the basics. You cannot walk off the back balcony to access the beach. I do think it’s important to highlight the constant drama at the complex. The police were on site every night- usually multiple times. The security staff isn’t real interested in keeping guest safe, instead they place a greater priority in making sure chairs are not held. I can make these claims because a guest staying with us was assaulted. A 14 year old kid stuck in the face so hard we had to call the sheriffs office and go to the er. Security was able to identify the aggressor and get supporting stories, but was unable to “do anything about it”. For 3 additional days we had to watch this person walk outside our condo door- all while security just let it go. If you want to have a good time, go to waterscape. If you want to feel comfortable letting your kids walk by the pool- not sure if this is the spot. I am not one to leave poor reviews, but safety, especially guest safety should be the top priority.
