The Space:

Unit A229 has been professionally designed with the beach in mind. Decorated in wonderful shades of green, blue, and yellow this unit radiates charm. The primary bedroom, second bedroom, and living room open up to a spacious patio with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience.



Things to Know

Beach service is included from March to October.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Great weekend getaway

First time stating in a Condo unit! Resort was great and definitely the way to go next time. Just wish we were staying longer than a weekend.

Sheets and towels were dirty, couch was stained and very outdated. Overall needs updating. Washer and dryer need to be updated, kitchen cabinets were scratched. Best room was the bunk room with two TVs and a door. Overall not terrible and great location just needs upkeep and updating.

Excellent place to stay!

This resort is amazing for those with or without kids. The different pools were a great option for kids of various ages and the adults in the group. The Vacasa customer service on site is also amazing. The room is well equipped and has plenty of bedding. The only issue for us was that the washer and dryer were quite small, but that is to be expected in a condo. The location of this unit with relation to the pools and parking is exceptional. It is in a great spot. There isn't a beach view, but the location was worth it.

This unit is very convenient to the parking garage and the kiddie splash pad. It's a short walk to the pools with a longer walk to the lazy river and the beach. This was fine with us. We really appreciated the included beach chairs & umbrella each day. The unit has a well stocked kitchen with lots of dishes, glassware & flatware which was important to us. Lots of towels. Beds were comfy and sheets/pillows were nice. All in all, a very good stay.
