We loved our stay at B102 at Waterscape! The condo was just as pictured online. The location was wonderful - just walked out onto our patio and on to either the pool area or the beach in minutes. The host was easy to communicate with and replied quickly to questions. Also, the front desk staff were very helpful when we arrived - we were even able to get into our unit a little early. Perfect vacation with our granddaughter - she loved all the entertainment, especially the pirate show and the DJ/Glow Party. The pools and grounds were in great shape and well maintained. I highly recommend this property!!

We had the best time at Waterscape B102! Everything was clean! The beds had washable linens including the “comforter”. Bathrooms are a little outdated/ wear, but as expected with vacation wear. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels and wash cloths. There is a white couch so be prepared if you have kids! Lots of toys outside that have been left behind for others. The room comes with a set of chairs and umbrella. Our group of 8 was able to sit in 3 separate sets as they were first come first serve. Avari communicated with me the entire time. Great trip. We will be back to this condo!

We love staying at Waterscape every Labor Day. Condo was overall clean but the outside of the kitchen cabinets can use good cleaning. Only negative we had to say was we called for maintenance because we were in bed and the master bath toilet started bubbling and it filled up to the rim with suds. We attempted to flush to see what would happen and it just filled up even more. We fell asleep and the next morning after no contact with the maintenance person the toilet had gone down and we could flush it again. I let the agent know and she apologized saying the personnel never did answer her request for service.

Perfect property

The room was just as advertised. Clean and close to everything on the property. The activities team did an outstanding job of keeping everyone young and old engaged. We very much encourage stay we have found our new favorite facility when we vacation!!
