Es war ok , aber es geht

Das Apartment war alles in allem in Ordnung. Es war sauber und zweckmäßig, jedoch im Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht gerechtfertigt. Der Garten ist nicht akzeptabel , sehr ungepflegt. Es standen 2 Gartenstühle darin , die man nicht nutzen möchte. Bettwäsche, die wir bezahlt haben , stand in einem Beutel zerknautscht zur Verfügung. Betten sollten wir selbst beziehen. Wir haben dann lieber unsere eigene Wäsche benutzt. Für eine Nacht war es ok. Für einen längeren Urlaub wären wir enttäuscht. Schade auch : es gibt kein WLAN. Die anderen Ferienhäuser in der Dünenresidenz bieten das im Mietpreis an .

Tolle Lage des Objektes

Das Objekt liegt perfekt. In 5 Minuten ist man am Stand oder an dem Hauptstrand. Man hat super Fahrradmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung war sauber, ein wenig Optimierungspotential ist nötig. Wir verbrachten 14 tolle Tage. 1.700 Euro insgesamt ist ein stolzer Preis.

Unterkunft war gut, ruhige Lage, Strandnähe, aber der Garten war ungepflegt, nicht aufgeräumte Gartengeräte auf der Terrasse. Wir haben Besen gesucht: Besenstiel vorhanden aber kein Besen. Handfeger gesucht: 3 Kehrschaufeln da aber kein Handfeger. Waschbecken war dreckig. In Küche war kein Stöpsel für des Spülbecken vorhanden, die Kaffeekanne der Kaffeemaschine war dreckig. Das sind viele Kleinigkeiten, die einfach zu verbessern wären und den Urlaub angenehmer machen würden. Freundliche Grüße
