Very nice condo and was clean, beds were comfortable, prize was decent, the only thing I was disappointed that the room did not come with a complementary beach umbrella and 2 chairs like most condos do, and was 50/day to rent one.

We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay in our beautiful condo and found it clean and comfortable. It’s great to hear that the beds met your expectations! We understand your disappointment regarding the beach umbrella and chairs. While we don’t provide those complimentary items, we appreciate your feedback and will certainly take it into consideration for future guests. We hope you made the most of the stunning Gulf Coast views and the nearby attractions. Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and we hope to welcome you back for another relaxing getaway soon!

The room was not the cleanest. Hair in the shower. Some of the dishes were in the cabinets unclean. The furniture in the living room has nasty looking spots. The refrigerator and fridge weren't cooling properly so I contacted Avari around 9 Saturday morning. I was told twice that day that someone would be coming to take a look. We checked out Tuesday morning and no one ever showed. We had to buy ice and put food in a cooler. I wouldn't recommend properties managed by Avari Management anyone.

Overall, the condo was ok. There are some things that need to be addressed. We were late making our reservations this year, so we had to settle for what we could get.
