In a central yet quiet location in the heart of Prerow on the Darß peninsula, this cosy thatched-roof house with a spacious garden invites you to enjoy a holiday and relax with family and friends.

The Surroundings
The half of the house is located on a quiet side street near the Baltic Sea; the supermarket with a bakery, the smoked fish shop, other shopping options, restaurants, and cafés, as well as the cinema and bike rental, are all within easy walking distance.

The holiday home (right side of the duplex)
The 155 square metres of living space are spread across three floors, offering plenty of quiet nooks.
On the ground floor is an open, spacious, light-filled living/dining area: a corner sofa with a coffee table and a reading chair, a TV area, and a fireplace. A 235 x 95 cm dining table with seating for 10 and a view of the greenery.
Adjacent to this is the cosy kitchen, featuring a seating area for 3 people and a kitchenette: dishes and cutlery for 10 people, cooking utensils, a drip coffee maker, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and an egg cooker.

The ground floor also features a bathroom with a shower, a small bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and a closet. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

The upper floor features another bathroom (new in Dec. 2023) with a large corner bathtub, shower, and hair dryer, as well as three additional bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 cm) and a wardrobe. A travel cot for a baby or toddler can be set up in any of these bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a travel cot and two high chairs.

The attic features an open loft with two single beds (2 x 90 cm).

For the children, there is children’s tableware and cutlery, two high chairs, an IKEA toddler high chair, a travel cot, a potty, and a nappy pail. In the garden, there is a playhouse with a sandpit and a swing.

The garden
From the living/dining area, you can step out into the large, quiet, idyllically landscaped garden with a view of a small wooded area. The beautiful terrace is perfect for leisurely breakfasts and relaxation. The garden grill—located at a safe distance from the thatched roof—is ideal for barbecue evenings with family or friends. For younger guests, there is a play area with a playhouse, a swing, and a sandpit. Additional amenities: dining tables with garden chairs, lounge chairs.
