About this property

Apartment on the first floor with two bedrooms (75sqm)

Our ground-floor holiday rental, with 75 square metres of living space, can accommodate up to 4 adults and one child under 3 years old. Each of the two bedrooms features a double bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, a complete set of dishes, and a dishwasher. The living-dining area includes a dining table, sofa, satellite TV, and radio. The newly renovated bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, toilet, sink, and a hair dryer. The large 24-square-meter sun terrace is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. Please note that pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment. Bed linens, towels, free Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning are included in the price. Payment is made on-site in cash or in advance via bank transfer. A 30% deposit may be charged after booking. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is available from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A cot or rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor’s tax of 1.70 EUR per person per day is payable on-site. For guests aged 01.01.2024, the visitor’s tax is 3.00 EUR per person per day.

Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt! Man kann sich im Urlaub zu Hause fühlen. Schick und gut eingerichtet, auch auf der Terrasse und beim Grillen ist alles bestens. LIDL, Aldi, Edeka und ein Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Viechtach!

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft. Ausreichend Platz für uns als vierköpfige Familie, schön eingerichtet, alles ausreichend vorhanden und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter waren zudem sehr freundlich und wohnen gleich nebenan. Wenn wir wieder diese Ecke besuchen, kommen wir gern wieder!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und mit zwei kleinen Kindern reicht die Größe. Die Gastwirtin ist auch super nett. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Wunderbare Zeit in Viechtach

Wir hatten sechs wunderbare Tage in Viechtach, der schönste Wanderweg zum großen Pfahl ist nur 15min Fußweg entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeit sogar nur 5min zu Fuß Wunderschöne blitzeblanke gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit vielen liebevollen Details, sehr nette Vermieter, Traumurlaub!!!!
