Location

The Baltic Sea right on your doorstep! The Baltic Sea beach is only about 20 m away. The centre of the exclusive town of Scharbeutz is about 1.3 km away and can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot via the beautiful promenade.

Living Space

The light-filled and modern living space is cleverly laid out: The open kitchen adjoins the dining area directly, so you can whip up culinary delights together even while on holiday. Right next to the floor-to-ceiling windows is the large sofa area with a cosy TV armchair. From here, you can step out onto the balcony, which features a dining area and lounge furniture for relaxing. Thanks to its west-facing orientation, you can enjoy the sun here from noon until evening. Also on this floor is one of the two bedrooms, which is equipped with a comfortable double bed (1.80 m wide) and a spacious closet. The high-quality Irisette mattresses ensure a particularly restful night’s sleep. The bathroom features a walk-in rain shower and a heated towel rack.
On the lower level of the apartment is another bathroom that’s every bit as nice as the one upstairs. It also features a washing machine, which makes for the perfect family holiday! The second bedroom has a fold-out bed that, thanks to its high quality, offers the same comfort as a regular bed. Both bedrooms can be darkened with roller shades. You also have access to the wind-protected terrace, which is surrounded by a lawn. This is ideal for children to run around and play.

Entertainment

The Smart TV, connected to the Harman Kardon home theatre system, ensures a great film experience and creates a real cinema atmosphere thanks to its 3D function (four pairs of 3D glasses are provided). You can also use this system to play Blu-rays, DVDs, and CDs; it also features Bluetooth and an USB/AUX/iPod port. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs, and Wi-Fi access is, of course, part of the entertainment package.

The holiday rental stands out for its high-quality, modern furnishings. The colour accents in fresh shades of green create a particularly fresh and airy atmosphere. The underfloor heating throughout the apartment creates a cosy and comfortable ambiance, so you’ll feel right at home from the very first moment.

So you don’t have to search for a parking spot while on holiday, your parking space is located directly behind the house. Bicycles can also be securely parked at the bike rack.
