Accommodation:

This studio apartment accommodates two guests. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired; it is cleverly integrated into the hallway. The dining area for two is directly adjacent to the kitchen. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room create a bright and welcoming atmosphere all day long, and the cosy couch area invites you to linger. The living room opens onto the furnished, southwest-facing balcony with its own beach chair, which is a wonderful spot to relax. The living room also features a comfortable double bed (1.80 m wide); a room divider separates the sleeping area from the living area. The stylish bathroom with a shower rounds out this cosy apartment. In the building’s shared laundry room, the washing machine and dryer are available for use for a fee.

Entertainment

The Smart TV in the living room provides evening entertainment. A stereo system and Wi-Fi access are also part of the entertainment package.
