Eigentlich eine wunderschöne Fewo, leider auf den 2.Blick sehr verwohnt. Eine kaputte Gardine, verschlissene Sessel,sehr schmutzige Fenster, Schimmel im Bad...Schade, das es deswegen nicht die volle Punktzahl gibt.

Sehr schönes Objekt und von der Lage her, nicht zu übertreffen. Ausstattung ist ausreichend, leider habe ich einen Fön vermisst. An der Wand im Obergeschoss klebten tote Insekten, das hat das Bild der qualitativen Einrichtung und Materialien etwas getrübt. Ansonsten, vielen Dank für die Vermittlung des schönen Objekt (Der Geschirrspüler braucht neues Spülsalz)

Ansich eine schöne, gemütliche Fewo in toller Lage. Allerdings mit Mängeln, die man eigentlich schnell beheben könnte. Matratze mit großen braunem Fleck, Sessel und Sofa haben auch schon bessere Tage gesehen, keine Nachttischlampen, Esstischlampe mit 4 Schirmen - eine defekt, zwei fehlten - Einbauschrank oben mit fehlendem Griff - dafür spitzer Schraube -, im Schrank lag ein zerbrochener Bügel, Vorraum der Sauna dient als Abstellfläche - wenig gemütlich - verschlimmelte Silikonfugen in der Dusche. Fön und WLAN, finde ich persönlich, gehören mittlerweile doch eigentlich auch zum Standard. Eine Gästemappe, in der eigentlich kaum relevantes stand - schön, wäre z.B.eine Anleitung für die Sauna gewesen.
