This well-appointed condo enjoys a prime beachfront location steps from the sand and close to restaurants and must-visit attractions, including Gulf State Park Pier, The Track, Craft Farms Golf Club, The Wharf, Breakout Games, The Wharf Amphitheater, Waterville USA, Gulf State Park, Adventure Island, and Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail - Rosemary Dunes Trailhead.
This beach charmer is all about relaxation. Spend tranquil evenings watching an entertaining show or movie on the TV with cable, reading your favorite novels, or enjoying a refreshing splash in the community outdoor pool under the condo. When you are not trying the area's wonderful restaurants, you can always surprise your loved ones with delicious homemade meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is complete with all the major appliances, even a stacked washer/dryer that will make your stay even more convenient. The main floor houses two bedrooms, one of them being the primary suite with a TV and an en suite bathroom. A spiral staircase leads you to the loft, which features two beds, a table and two chairs, and a TV.
