Dirty and broken appliances

Beautiful property. When we checked in though there were probably 40 dead flies in the windowsill in the downstairs bedroom. I cleaned it! Air vent at the top of the stairs was extremely dirty with probably a half an inch of dust on it. I sent pictures to vacasa with no response. TV did not work in the downstairs bedroom at all. Coffee maker broke( the warmer plate stopped working) so we went out and bought a new coffee maker for the property, messaged Vacasa 3 or 4 times with no response. The local Vacasa has not responded to any of our messages, they have not done anything to make this right. Very disappointed after reading the great reviews! Also disappointing that the only downstairs bedroom has no working television when it is advertised that there is one is very disappointing!
