The suite includes terrific Gulf views right from the private balcony, ideal for alfresco meals prepared in the full kitchen. Kick back in the living room to watch your favorite movies and shows on the TV then head out for an evening of sightseeing.



Things to Know

Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

Amazing place for the price. The in room laundry was perfect given we were coming back with wet/sandy clothes each day. Everything was clean. The pull out is a bit uncomfortable and fairly used but hey we weren’t there to sleep! Only complaint is the 50 parking fee for EACH vehicle is a bit extreme. I’m not sure if it was mentioned at all in the listing so plan accordingly! Also-we couldn’t figure out the WiFi. But we didn’t reach out and just went without so that may be on us. However I’ll take that for the easy beach access, beautiful view, great price, cleanliness and in house laundry. Overall 9/10!! Will stay again

Upon entering the condo, there was a large mildew spot on the ceiling possibly from a leak in the condo above. It was not sparkly clean, but served its purpose for a beach trip.

The bed in the main room is hard no give at all. However, it was not a bad night sleep. The bathrooms are great. The sofa is not pretty and is pretty worn but it is really comfortable. The chair on the balcony are a little low it’s hard to see over the rail (I am 5’5). The pool is very nice. They do have a few lawn chairs in the closet to use. The door lock is nice but it doesn’t always open on the first try. The remote in the living room won’t work and we put new batteries in it. The garbage disposal smells terrible. Over all I would 100% stay here again.

Easy check in. Great views and loved the pools! Very nice to have an indoor pool. The code did change in the middle of the stay so we were locked out for about 30-45 minutes. Took about 25 minutes on hold to get issue resolved. Would absolutely recommend

In general , it is a good place to stay the only thing was there is a small leak under the kitchen sink, which was reported to be fixed. I'm not sure if they will or not, and there is also a small area to be repaired close to the washer and dryer. Other than that, it was a good stay.We enjoyed it the parking area was good, but there was no guard at the gate. There was a note there that the guard it's in the property. So it took me a little while to actually get ahold of him to get my parking pass.

On arrival Wednesday the floors were filthy with shoes sticking to it!Called the rental company “Avari” at 8:27 to report that the tv in the front bedroom would not turn on. Was told that a ticket would put in to repair or replace. On Thursday sent a message to Avari at lunchtime and received a response that this had been shared with the team and would keep me updated. Next message said they would check with the local team and confirm repair or replacement. NEVER heard anything else! On Saturday when trying to close sliding glass door, the door was stuck! Several attempts with pulling on pushing to door were unsuccessful and the entire metal strip with the handle came off the door! At 4:45 called Avari and was told they would dispatch to repair the door and tv…told them to forget the tv…just get the door fixed. Sent a message and response stated they had not received a time estimate. Called back at 5:21 and was told property maintenance would come look at the door but to go on out to dinner and that I would be notified what time they would be there before anyone entered the condo. Returned from dinner and the door had been repaired but I was never notified about anyone entering!This was the worst vacation experience I have ever had. I will NEVER do any business with the “Avari Team” in the future and would advise anyone to find a different management company!
