Small, simple residence. In the centre of Bredene Aan Zee, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. Public parking 150 m extra. Short-stay parking zone (fee). Shop, supermarket, restaurant 150 m, bicycle rental 200 m, tram "De Lijn" 400 m, bus stop "De Lijn" 970 m, railway station "NMBS Oostende" 7 km, sandy beach 500 m. Surf school 1 km, tennis 2 km, minigolf 130 m, riding stable 3 km. Nearby attractions: Fort Napoleon 3 km, De Haan 5 km, Brugge 30 km, Sea Life Blankenberge 14 km, familiepark De Sierk 3 km, Plopsaland De Panne 43 km.
