Beautiful apartment in Lisbon center
Paolo greeted us and provided useful suggestions for shopping and dining in the neighborhood. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The location is close to beautiful squares with convenient transportation options. Paolo was helpful in providing directions and communication with Paolo and Martin was timely. I hated leaving this lovely place.

We appreciated all the wonderful suggestions it was very help ful. The location was perfect and we felt comfortable exploring on our own . We thoroughly enjoyed a day trip to Sintra. 3 days in Lisbon
The property is very nice and well equipped. Up off the street so pretty quiet. Plenty of room. The stairs to the loft/bedroom are steep so be careful. Don't let the front of the building put you off. The place is clean and comfortable once you are inside.
Wonderful Apartment just Steps from Everything!
Lisbon was our last city on a two week trip to Portugal. During the planning of the trip, Martin was so responsive to my questions and concerns. He set me the cell # of Paulo who was going to meet us at the apartment. We arrived by Uber and Paulo greeted us outside the apartment building. His warmth and explanations of everything let me know that we were in a great place. He showed us the apartment, the appliances, how the very interesting windows worked and gave us suggestions for a market, dinner, tram and metro services. Paulo must have spent almost an hour with us.
We loved the modern and very comfortable apartment. It is a duplex - the second bedroom is up a steep flight of stairs, but both bathrooms are on the same floor as the other bedroom, kitchen and living room.
The first morning in the apartment my husband complained about the mattress. I called Paulo and within the hour he was at the door with a solution to our issues. We figured that we would get a response of "we'll see what we can do" but what we got was the solution in 60 minutes.
We loved the location. You can walk to almost everything but Belem. Up the block was a square that had all kinds of transportation and a market in the square. Restaurants were steps away. And you had a wonderful comfortable modern apartment to come home to. I almost must let you know that there is an elevator from the ground floor in this building. It is new and works great. If I were coming back to Lisbon I would check with Martin to see if the apartment was available.
Great location
Paulo checked us in, and was super thorough and helpful, everything from fire safety to local recommendations.
The place is well-equipped: full kitchen (w/ coffee and Nespresso), washer/dryer, hangers, clean iron and board, 2 bathrooms, good living area furniture.
It has several great balconies, especially the loft, and the location is my favorite: in the center of everything, but on a quiet street.

A city full of history and epic places to visit, since the time of the Portuguese Discoveries, it is rich in culture and life. Known as the city of the seven hills, you can lost yourself in the typical quarters of Lisbon and eat really good fish in the fantastic Fish-Restaurants in Restauradores square. But, if you want you can also go and take advantage of the good beaches of the Lisbon Coast. Near the building you can find many little cafes and restaurants where you can rest and taste the excellent portuguese food and sweets.Adress: Baixa de Lisboa
