Holiday house in alpine area, close vicinity to ski slopes, lake, cycling route

Our holiday house is located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood in Bohinjska Bistrica, in close vicinity to Kobla and Vogel ski centres, 5 km from Bohinj Lake. The apartment is purposed for 2 to 4 persons and has two separate bedrooms (one double room, one room with two single beds). It is very comfortable and nicely furnished. Kitchen with lounge and SAT TV, bathroom with shower are on the ground floor, balcony and two bedrooms are situated in the first floor. Children can play in front of the house; your car can also be safely parked in front of the house. There is a terrace next to the house, where you can rest and have a picnic. The house is a great starting point for trekking and mountaineering, bathing in the lake or nearby Aquapark. The price includes bed linen, towels. The apartment equipment offers coffee machine, toaster and oven, hairdryer.



Fishing: Fishing in Bohinj is a great experience. Our apartment is located in close vicinity to all fishing areas.

Aquapark: Bohinj Aquapark is located 500 m from our house, 10 minutes walk.

Aqua park Bohinj has 380 square meters of interestingly shaped pools and special – dedicated pool for children – are filled with 34°C spring-clear water. Depth in the swimming pool is 1.35 m.

Those keen on climbing can test their skills on climbing wall located by the big pool. With the fast-river, two water slides and music cave and other water attractions there is loads of fun for everyone.

Different Sauna types are widely used around the globe. We have all types of saunas available for those interested in warmth and coziness our Sauna Park offers.

Wellness center is designed as a street of lovely small houses where all kind of relaxing programmes are hold; different kinds of hand massages, anticelullite, antistress and other relaxing treatments, steambath, solarium, etc


Riding: The diverse countryside of Bohinj is perfect for both beginners and experienced riders. Thanks to the calm nature and flexibility of Icelandic horses at Mrcina Ranch, even beginners can take a comfortable horse ride to the nature after an initial training.

Horse riding tours in Bohinj are extremely diverse, from ascents to smaller hills (Senožeta) to riding across the Pokljuka plateau. They are possible all year round. All tours are guided.

We spent two nights with my friends and really enjoyed our stay. The house is small but it was more than enough for us. The host gave us new bath towels on the second day, and the oil we needed for cooking. The kitchen is also very complete (salt, pepper, lemon squeezer, cutting board, etc.) I definitely recommend this place.

The Best Holiday House in Slovenia!

This tiny house was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, a 10 & 12 year old). The kids loved the balcony and having their own bunks. Location between the two lakes was perfect. Host Dorris was wonderful! Always answered questions through the VRBO app and gave great recommendations upon arrival. Highly recommend this holiday house!

"Great" holliday home, wonderfull holliday

This is maybe a small but otherwise verry Great and verry complete holliday home. We, family off 4, Son 15 and Daughter 11 had a wonderfull stay and The house is verry comfortable and verry complete, so size doesn't matter really. There Is free WIFI and The owner is friendly and helpfull. The beautiful surounding area guarantee to have a Great holliday for everybody. So if hiking Or even adventure sports Or just relaxing along The waterfront is you're thing iTS All just minutes away. A bakery ( fresh baked Bread to start you're day ) and a good piza/grill restaurant are in walking distance. We had a Great stay, and so did our Son 15 and daughter 11. Très bon séjour au calme

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Dans la mini maison comme le disait mon fils. Attention cette maison convient pour 2 adultes et deux enfants car l’espace pour manger et petit. Attention aussi les chambres sont en enfilades. Nous avons juste eu du mal avec la faible luminosité au rez de chausse. Nous avons apprécié la présence d’une machine à laver avec sa dose de lessive. Un bon séjour dans une belle region.

Tolle Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Entdeckungen

Wir fanden die Unterkunft sehr gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Fußläufig waren Bäcker, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der öffentliche Nahverkehr sehr gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten Wohngebiet. Doris uns Jan waren sehr freundlich und haben uns mit Ausflugstipps sehr gut beraten. Für Wanderbegeisterte kann die Tour direkt an der Haustür starten :-)

Très bon point de départ pour visiter la région

La maison est petite mais fonctionnelle pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants (la partie extérieure se limite à une terrasse). Les hôtes sont discrets et prodiguent de bons conseils pour visiter la région. Tout est accessible rapidement en voiture à partir de la location : lac de Bohinj en moins de 10 minutes et lac de Bled en 20 minutes. Tous les services de la ville de Bohinjska Bistrica sont accessible à pied.

Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig am Ortsrand. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen, auch ins Triglav-Gebiet. Man kann vom Ort aus gut beschildert loswandern oder von Parkplätzen wenige Autominuten entfernt. Das Haus ist klein. Eine Gruppe von 4 Leuten muss sich wirklich gut verstehen. Es gibt nur einen Essplatz im Freien neben dem Haus, leider keinen im Garten. Von der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich. Viele Gastätten im Ort sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Das war richtig schön. Für Familien würde ich es nicht unbedingt empfehlen, es führt eine steile Treppe ins Obergeschoss, recht eng. Kinder finden kaum Platz zu spielen. Ideal ist es für ein Ehepaar oder 3 Personen. Ein Schlafzimmer ist als Drchgangsraum zum anderen Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage angelegt.

Complete and cosy

The house was perfect for a family with two small children like ours. All amenities were present and the owners were very friendly to help in case of requests. The area was beautiful and less than ten minutes walk from the centre of town. The stroll to town was very pleasant following the river where trout swam. The appartment is located 20 minutes from lake Bled and 10 minutes from lake Bohinj by car. We would definitely recommend the small house to anyone.
