Thank you for choosing RealJoy! We're sorry the AC stayed at 76 degrees and made your stay too toasty. We aim for comfortable temperatures and apologize for the inconvenience. Had we known during your stay, we would have worked to resolve it right away; we’ll review the unit’s HVAC settings and operations with our team to prevent this in the future. We appreciate the feedback and hope to welcome you back to Majestic Beach Towers 1-1510.
