KYO Constella is located on Avenida Colón and Francisco I. Madero.
It is right across from BAT and very close to Hospital Metro Station.
It is also near Chepevera, Obispado, San Jerónimo, and Mitras Sur.
Access to public parking:
- There are more than 10 parking spots available on Avenida Colón.
- You can park if there is an available spot.
Access to the building`s parking:
- There is only one entrance located at the corner of Colón-Artículo 123.
- The access is controlled by a security booth.
- It is necessary to use ramps to park in the parking spots.

An excellent option for round-trip transportation to and from the airport, as well as transportation during your stay.
Subject to availability, and the cost depends on the distance.
For security protocol and building access, it is necessary to present an official identification of each guest upon arrival at the building, matching the information provided through the Airbnb chat.
GENERAL AIRBNB RULES
It is mandatory to read the rules before making the reservation.
1. No loud music, especially after 10 pm. A fine will be charged after the first warning.
2. Access will only be granted to registered guests and visitors notified to the host through the platform.
3. No parties or wandering outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages.
4. Charges will be applied for towels and/or bed linens if they are soiled, whether by makeup or other substances.
5. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
6. Park only in the designated spot.
7. Air conditioning must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
8. No pets. If they are service animals, documentation must be provided.
9. Keys and/or cards must be left in the designated location as indicated by the host.
10. Additional charges will apply in case of excess electricity consumption.
GENERAL BUILDING AND AMENITIES RULES
1. Use of amenities must be notified to the host 24 hours in advance, and is subject to prior reservation and cost, if applicable.
2. Respect the rules of each amenity, which are indicated in the folder inside the apartment and highlighted in the photos of the listing.
3. Barbecues and study lounges are not available for Airbnb guests.
4. Common areas of the building must be respected, and the guest will be financially responsible for any damage.
5. A respectful attitude and actions towards neighbors and security guards must be maintained.
FINES
Violating any point of the rules may result in fines starting from $2,000 MXN.
Damage and/or loss of linens, furniture, and inventory: Replacement or repair cost + 25% of the value for management fees.
Additional cleaning for excessive dirt, spills on fabrics, and/or smoking inside the property: Starting from $1,500 MXN.
Property damage: Cost of materials + labor cost + cost for the nights that had to be blocked for repairs.
Loss of keys and/or cards: Replacement or repair cost + 25% of the value for management fees.
