A day trip to the cultural capitals of Munich or Salzburg is also possible at any time by car or train. The living area also features two sleeper sofas and a large flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi is, of course, available. The cosy, separate sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable, modern double bed featuring a mattress designed for spinal health. The bathroom, with a shower-tub combination, has a modern design and has been recently renovated. High-quality bed linens, towels, and a hair dryer are provided.You can enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains all the way to the Kaiser Mountains until sunset on the large west-facing balcony, which is furnished with a lounge set. The apartment is accessible via lift from the included underground parking space. A washing machine and dryer are available in the communal basement. Also located in the basement of this exceptionally well-maintained building are a fantastic swimming pool and a modern, spacious sauna with a plunge pool and relaxation room, both available for free use.
