Spacious vacation apartment on two floors with terrace (60 sqm)

A very cosy and spacious holiday rental in Waldmünchen, in the southern Upper Palatinate Forest. The apartment is spread over two levels and is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by meadows and forests. Numerous hiking and biking trails are right nearby, as well as a wide range of activities for children (outdoor swimming pools, amusement parks, wildlife preserves, an underwater station, rock trails, a dragon cave, toboggan runs, playgrounds, etc.). Over 60 square metres of living space promise you an unforgettable holiday. On the lower level, there is a kitchen-living room with a kitchenette, a dining area with a corner bench, and the adjoining living area is equipped with a pull-out sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. The dining area and kitchen are fully equipped with a stove (4 burners) and oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and a complete set of dishes. The bathroom, featuring a shower and toilet, is also located on this floor. A spiral staircase leads to the two bedrooms on the ground floor. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed. There is space to set up a toddler’s extra bed (travel cot) in this room. The second bedroom has two single beds. You are welcome to borrow the baby cot or a high chair free of charge. Access to the terrace is located outside the apartment. Wi-Fi and parking (in the covered carport) are included in the price. Payment is made on-site in cash. The deposit is 30% of the total cost of the stay. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Check-out is available between 9:00 AM and 9:00 AM. The keys are hidden in a secret location at the property. You will receive information about this well in advance of your arrival. Tourism tax: 1.30 per adult per night; children ages 6 and older: 0.50 EUR per night. Pets are not allowed. A cot/extra bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. Price for the washing machine: 2 EUR or 4 EUR (please bring 2-EUR coins with you if possible). Barbecue areas are available in the courtyard.
