Forest or beach? Which do you prefer? In our holiday apartments in Bucheneck, you can enjoy both. The beach is just 600 metres away, and the forest is right on your doorstep. This cosy and modern 3-room duplex holiday rental is located on the ground floor, offering approximately 71 m² of living space, a sunny south-facing balcony, and a sunny east-facing terrace. This very bright and welcoming apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. Two separate bedrooms provide plenty of space for this. Two bathrooms, each with a shower and bathtub, are perfect for relaxing. Conveniently located within the building are a bicycle storage room and a dryer. The apartment comes with a free parking space (No. 20) right outside the door.

We’d be happy to provide bed linens or towels for you. Bed linens for 20.00 per person, towels for 10.00 per person, or as a linen package for 25.00 per person.

The final cleaning fee includes a starter package* plus utilities.
*Starter package: 2–3 dishwasher tabs (Fit brand if applicable), 1 trash bag, tea towel, dishcloth, shower mat, 1–2 rolls of toilet paper. Please note that you are responsible for restocking these items yourself during your stay.

Bedroom II: Double bed (120x200 cm), wardrobe, bench, nightstand (on the upper floor)

• Bathroom I: Shower, sink, toilet, mirror (on the upper floor)

• Bathroom II: With tub, bidet, and toilet, sink, mirror, heated towel rack (in the basement)

• Balcony: South-facing with balcony furniture

• Terrace: East-facing with a table and 4 chairs, umbrella

• Shared bike storage: provides space for bicycles or similar

• Parking space: free of charge directly in front of building No. 20

• Special features: Dryer available for a fee in the basement
