Condo had everything we needed. Very clean, comfortable beds and black out curtains make for a good night sleep. Condo is across from an elementary school playground so if you need quiet during the day bring ear plugs. Wonderful stay overall!
Clean, comfortable, well-maintained townhome accurately depicted in the listing.

Clean, comfortable, quiet
We really enjoyed our stay! This condo/townhouse is in a great location; restaurants and the Boise Greenbelt walking trails nearby. The condo itself had everything we needed, was very clean, and very quiet. Great for 2 adult couples.
This townhome was exactly as advertised. It is well located, and in a quiet neighborhood.

It met our needs nicely.
Unit was very comfortable, kitchen well equipped. It would have been nice to have had some wood for the fireplace.

Decent property
Our stay was fine. Small issue with accessing the house due to a malfunctioning lock box, but fine otherwise

Will be back!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Bown Retreat. The location is convenient to downtown and it’s great to have the option to walk to dine out at Bown Crossing. Debbie was quick to respond to my request of needing new light bulbs - thank you! It was a comfortable and relaxing place to spend my time in Boise.

A great vacation in Boise!
We completely enjoyed our vacation in Boise. The townhouse was very clean and the beds were very comfy. The location was perfect. A quick walk to great restaurants and the greenbelt for running too! The kitchen was well equipped and the living room was a great space to relax.
We look forward to our next trip to Boise and hope this townhouse will be available to rent!
Thank you! 😀

clean and comfortable in the inside.
The apartment was nice and well appointed. Beds comfy. The neighbors were great, too. The exterior is older, but the interior is updated, clean, and comfortable. The property manager was easily accessible and helpful, when needed. The complex is very convenient to downtown and amenities, and in a family oriented neighborhood. Felt safe. Can tell the homeowners care about your stay.
Good location near my brother's condo. Only shortfall was lack of a convenience store or grocery nearby. Property was clean, quiet and comfortable. In unit laundry was a plus. While coffee was provided, there was no powdered creamer as a complement. Also, a bottle of water per person per day would be a nice touch. Restaurants were a short walk away. All in all, we would stay again.
Beautiful neighborhood, convenient to everything! Home was comfortable, clean and well stocked! Only one issue was the coffeemaker was very dirty upon arrival. They did offer to have a crew come clean it but that was not necessary, I just bough a small one or use during my stay. Otherwise great place and would stay again!

Better than Hotels
Don't be fooled when arriving at the Bown, parking is in the back, which is dated, but once inside everything is clean and modern. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of being in a residential neighborhood, but were only 10-15 minutes from the sites we had planned on visiting in Boise..the zoo, old penitentiary, downtown, the river walk, etc... Who knew there was so much to do Boise! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. The full size fridge is so much nicer than a hotel size. It is located on the south east end of the city. I liked the fact that Debbie, who manages the site, called once to check if we needed anything. Fun Trip!
U charged me and did not tell me how much u were charging me and it was too much

Property does NOT have a bathroom for each bedroom
Very disappointed to discover that this property was not as described. It claims to have a bathroom for each bedroom but in truth it has one Jack and Jill bathroom attached to the master. The other bathroom is a converted powder room down stairs with a tiny shower with a folding door and very poor drainage. I will not stay there again.
