Designed for families and groups traveling together, our spacious five-bedroom home is especially well suited for family vacations, wedding weekends, sports weekends, ETSU visits, reunions, and relaxing getaways with friends.

The home comfortably sleeps 10 guests, with additional sleeping options available for groups of up to 13 registered overnight guests.

Start your morning with coffee surrounded by the woods, spend the day exploring Northeast Tennessee, and come home to gather around the fire pit beneath the string lights.

Driveway: Bear Oaks is nestled in the Tennessee hills, and the paved driveway is steep. It is accessible by standard vehicles under normal weather conditions. Please use extra caution during winter weather.

One well-behaved dog under 35 lbs. may be permitted with prior approval and a $150 pet fee.

Exterior security cameras monitor outdoor areas only for property security and guest safety.

Because Bear Oaks is surrounded by woods, guests may encounter deer, wild turkeys and other local wildlife. Please secure trash and do not leave food outdoors.

No parties or unauthorized events. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Bear Oaks is not intended for work crews.
