Whether you’re planning a family vacation, girls’ getaway, wedding weekend, reunion, ETSU visit, or a relaxing retreat with friends, our spacious home is designed for gathering, reconnecting, and making lasting memories.

Our five-bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and can accommodate a maximum of 13 overnight guests using the futon, couches, and twin air mattress.

Start your morning with coffee surrounded by the woods, spend the day exploring Northeast Tennessee, and end the evening around the fire pit under the string lights.

The house was beautiful and accommodated my family well! Very comfortable! The listing did say two bathrooms and two half baths when I booked, but there is only two full baths. It didn't cause any issues, though. The host is very communitive and sent daily messages! We really enjoyed our stay!
