• You’ll enjoy convenient contactless self check-in and full access to the entire 2nd Floor unit for the duration of your stay (No shared spaces inside the unit).
• Stairs: The home is located on the 2nd floor of the building. Stair access is required, as there are 19 stairs inside the unit, walking up from the entrance of the home into the living space.
• You will have access to the shared garage, where you’ll have 1 assigned parking spot.
• You’ll have access to the shared back yard space, located outside the garage back and/or side entrance.
FEES:
- Security Deposit (refundable): $1000
- Cleaning Fee: $350
- Monthly Pet Rent: $100 per pet (If applicable, Max 2)
- Rental application, background check, income verification: $45 per adult (18 years old and older)
- Fees above may change based on seasonality & terms. Spring and early summer months (May - July) typically reflect higher demand and may be priced accordingly
- Renter's insurance is required (referrals for very affordable plans available)

After your Booking Request is accepted, you will be asked to verify your ID, complete a background check, sign a rental agreement, and a refundable security deposit hold of $1000 prior to receiving your check-in instructions. The deposit is collected at booking and released 2 days after check-out (if there are no charges).
