Wash used beach towels, return all chairs and rinse off
Turn off lights and close balcony door
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties or events beyond registered guest count. Quiet hours per HOA rules. No smoking inside or on balcony — cleaning fee if violated.
Undisclosed pets — $150 fee. Please clean up after pets. $300 deposit collected 2 days before check-in, refunded 2 days after checkout.
Check-out by 10AM sharp. Leave parking pass on kitchen counter. Return beach chairs and towels. Rental agreement and ID required.
