The Space:

Welcome to Casa Costera, a three-bedroom villa located in the exclusive gated community of Copala, within Quivira Los Cabos. The home showcases Old World hacienda-style charm on the exterior and a refined, modern coastal interior. A neutral palette of soft whites, earth tones, and natural textures, such as warm wood and Mexican marble, delivers the relaxed, elegant ambiance for which Cabo is known.



Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a private luxury retreat atmosphere. The main level features an inviting living room, a spacious dining area, and a fully equipped modern kitchen curated with high-end appliances, including a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, air fryer, and coffee maker. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare meals at home, including a water filtration system.



The bright and cozy living area opens seamlessly to the outdoor terrace, creating an ideal indoor–outdoor living experience. Outside, guests will discover a private backyard oasis complete with a pool, jacuzzi, BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, lounge chairs, and a convenient half-bathroom located just steps from the pool, perfect for relaxing afternoons and evenings.

Getting Around:

For guests wishing to explore Cabo and its surroundings, car rental is recommended.

Our team can assist with arrangements. Since Quivira is a resort area, Uber access is

somewhat restricted; consult the Copala Concierge prior to booking Uber into the

development. Taxis are available 24/7, and parking is complimentary for guests who

rent a car. Transportation between properties is available for $6 USD per ride, subject to

availability, with reservations required through the Copala Concierge and a $100 USD

deposit if you confirm the use of this service. Confirm with your host if this is needed.

Resort Access: Access to pools and facilities at Pueblo Bonito Resorts is not guaranteed and is officially reserved for property owners. Exceptions may be made depending on resort occupancy and management discretion. Guests are, however, welcome to dine at all restaurants within the Pueblo Bonito Resorts.



Transportation: Shuttle transportation between Quivira properties is available for $6 USD per ride, subject to availability. Reservations must be made directly with the Copala Concierge; a $100 USD deposit is required to secure the service.



Smoking Policy: Copala is a non-smoking community. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house, on the terrace, or in any common areas, including the clubhouse.



Vendors & Property Access: External vendors are not permitted inside the property. Our concierge team is available to recommend and coordinate trusted, pre-approved service providers as needed.
