The host was polite and responsive, and the unit is located close to downtown. I appreciated having a washer and dryer. However, there were several things that needed to be replaced or repaired. The tv in the living room didn’t work (I even bought new batteries for the remote), the knob in the shower was very loose, making it difficult to turn the water on and off, and the coffee maker needed to to cleaned and descaled before it could be used. I told the host about the issues. She apologized, but nothing was fixed during our 3 week stay. I had to buy a lot of basic kitchen items to make simple meals. There are no dressers in the bedrooms, and one bedroom did not have a usable closet because the bed was pushed completely against the door. It seemed everyone staying there parked on the street because the driveway to the parking lot is extremely steep. Overall, this rental would work for a weekend, but I cannot recommend it for an extended stay.
