NEW Complete full remodel with all new furniture, appliances. Two king size beds. Terrasol is one of the only 'full ownership' resorts on the beach in Cabo San Lucas. This End Unit 1700 sq ft w/ 2 bedroom 2 bathroom w couch pull out bed, sleeps upto 7. This unit is on a private beach and is ideal for families w/ kids or just a romantic getaway. AC unit, 50 inch flat screen TV. Direct internet & wifi. Full kitchen basic amenities, coffee and coffee pot, paper towels, microwave, dish washer. Washer/Dryer w detergent, toilet paper, iron, beach towels, pool toys and ,BBQ. We also have pack n play and umbrella stroller for guest use. NOT ALL UNITS HAVE WHAT WE OFFER LISTED ABOVE. This unit is secluded, and a very short walk to pool and has a full Ocean View! Both condos and our private beach has 24 hour gated security. This resort is quiet and relaxing.

Please note the resort will charge a separate fee from $17-$27 a night depending on number of guests. Cleaning fee is $35.00 upon departure.

Best overall spot in San Lucas!!

Location and resort is the perfect mix of close proximity to town and peaceful, quiet environment. The views from the balcony and pools are debatably the best in town! The place was just as described and Zoey made the checkin process seamless. Would 100% recommend to anyone and will be staying here again!

Fantastic stay for babies and adults alike!

We feel so lucky to have stayed at Terrasol in Zoey’s place. Traveling with kids ages 1 and 4 can be stressful, but they absolutely loved the condo, kiddie pool, on site restaurant, and beach. The place had a seat attached high chair, baby bouncy, car seat, stroller, baby float, and portable crib :-)

Quite getaway

My wife and I love our stay at Terrasol. Friendly staff. Great views and very quiet. We had a couple issues with the condo and the Property Manager Maggie was very responsive and was able to resolve them. We would go back to Terrasol!

The place was perfect! Great for 4 adults who wanted to relax. The pools were not packed and the property was immaculate. The condo was clean, well stocked and the air conditioner worked really well. Perfect view of the ocean and the waves! Awesome.

Great week in Cabo at Terrasol

We had 4 guys staying in the 2 bedroom suite and really enjoyed the property. The swim-up bar was fantastic and the breakfast was extremely good (get the french toast!) The additional beds (beyond the master king and second bedroom queen) were very small so just know that going in. This room would've been perfect for 2 couples, but we needed a better option with more beds for the 4 guys we had. That all said, we would definitely recommend and stay again!

We enjoyed the property, will plan a return visit.Unit 213 needs attention. Slow shower drain, poor shower curtain. Washer & dryer need to be replaced. Sliding door off the living area does not operate properly (out of alignment)Guest mattress is disgusting.Other units on the property, are better maintained.

Beautiful property, condo needs a bit of work

The location is perfect. Ocean view, saw whale spouts and beautiful sunrises and sunsets everyday. An easy walk to the Marina day or night. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast, lunch and pool drinks available and very good. Condo is very livable but needs attention to some details to be a five star. Tile is chipped in many places. Woodwork needs attention as many cupboards and doors don’t open and close properly and paint/stain is lacking. Great for the price, we truly enjoyed our time there

Best place in Terrasol

We have stayed at Terrasol 8 times and this unit was our favorite so far. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, the entire place was very clean and well kept, had well working A/C, and the many amenities left for guest convenience (butter, coconut oil, insect repellant, many beach towels, pool toys, blender, coffee maker, coffee, decent shampoo, conditioner and body wash). We don’t use most, but really appreciated knowing they were there! The hosts were easy and pleasant to communicate with and we loved all the usual things about Terrasol - the palapa bar/restaurant, the pool, and the friendly staff. Shout out to our friends Carlos, Esther and Roger, who provide friendly and helpful service. Thank you to our hosts for providing a clean, comfortable stay!

Terrible experience

The unit smelled terrible, the toilet did not work--and was not fixed the duration of our stay. The TV did not work--and was not fixed the duration of our stay. The towels were old and thin as paper--one set per bathroom. On the second day of our stay, they began jackhammering the floors out of the unit below us. The management said the owner was aware the work was scheduled. No response from owner for over two days. The owner finally offered us another unit, but it wasn't much better and with one night left, it wasn't worth the effort to pack up. We love Terrasol, have stayed there before and will return, but would not recommend this property.

Beautiful view. Great location. Quiet property. Friendly staff. The only issue we had is that there was no power to the kitchen island, so the dishwasher & garbage disposal were not on. Keurig coffeemaker did not work.

Fantastic location close to everything

Lovely place to stay in a great part of Mexico. The only drawback is that the beach, while close, is apparently always “red” (dangerous) to swim. Had to walk or cab to other beaches.

Love the view from patio!

This resort was very quiet and relaxing. The condo had beautiful decor and was really nice. The view from the balcony was amazing! The only thing that would have made it perfect, would be another restaurant on the property. The pool restaurant was very small. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo

I went to Cabo to celebrate my 50th birthday with 3 girlfriends. The condo had all the amenities that you come to expect in a VRBO. Beautiful view, close proximity to all of downtown Cabo. We were able to Uber anytime, however, you could walk most places, but since it was in the 90’s, with 100% humidity, we didn’t walk. Speaking of hot, this is an older unit, and the AC just didn’t cut it. We spoke to the caretaker a few times, and she said they would add Freon, but it didn’t make it any cooler. The coldest it got in the unit was 78 degrees. It made for terrible sleeping. There were 2 fans, thank god, in each bedroom, that were a necessity. Low supplies, such as handsoap,, dish detergent and paper towels should have been checked and restocked, before our arrival But other than that, it was very comfortable and the staff were all very nice. Also side note: if you’re stopping at Walmart… bring your own bags. They do not supply them, or have them for sale.

We stayed 8 days which wasn’t long enough. We’re not very picky but the condo fit seven of us with the teens on pull-out bed. We had a few minor issues which the property manager dealt with via text (I didn’t use cell service in MX). Everything you read about the place is accurate: beautiful beach, nice pools, quiet tenants, friendly staff, easy walk to everything, etc. The condo needs a blender but otherwise it was perfect. I’d go back again.

Beautiful condo

This was probably the most beautiful condo my husband and I have rented. The view from the balcony was also beautiful. Saw lots of whales sitting out there. We had a couple hiccups, but I texted Zoey and she jumped right on it. We walked down to the marina every day, sometimes twice a day and hung out at the pool in the afternoons. Ate all of our breakfasts at the pool bar, which was very reasonably priced as well as very good. We did a ton of walking, which helped walk off all the delicious meals we had at the various restaurants in Cabo, and there are many! My husband’s only disappointment was that hardly anyone used the pool. He is a social butterfly and loves to meet and talk to people. I was just fine sitting in a lounger and reading. Overall, a great resort, beautiful condo and a great view.

We have many return rentals every year because they love the locations of our condos and the Mexican feel they get from the decor and atmosphere we have created. RENTER LOVE THAT WE STOCK OUR UNIT WITH BASIC NEEDS, THAT SOME OTHER UNITS DO NOT. Why they chose this property

This Property gives you a more private and quiet vacationing experience, as it is not next to the pool and it is an end unit. It has a full ocean view and is not a long walk to the pool or restaurant, as are many units are located in the back of the resort. ALSO, RENTER LOVE THAT WE STOCK OUR UNIT WITH BASIC NEEDS, THAT SOME OTHER UNITS DO NOT.

What makes this property unique

This upper unit has high vaulted ceilings through out and has a very spacious open feel with amazing cruise ship views and whale watching views AND as it is not next to the pool and it is an end unit so very quiet.
