The home was clean, home needs a few upgrades and repairs. The beds are not as comfortable as we hoped (springs in your back). Over all it was a decent experience. Host could be better a checking there messages or maybe put wifi username and password in the check in info.

Place was clean enough, but it is definitely the worst place I have stayed in with VRBO. House looked like it was thrown together with parts and pieces. The house has very limited supplies, only one really large pot and several frying pans. No ice trays (odd in Florida) and limited glassware. The beds had a bottom sheet then fuzzy blankets, that were still wet from being laundered. Why no sheets and only a warm blanket - again it's Florida in May. The price was good but I have more/better expectations of the accomodations in VRBO.

Apparently the property was double booked. And I didn’t find out until the day before. Spent two hours on the phone with customer service with people that I had a hard time understanding and communicating with. But buy the end of it all it was made right. Found a new place and they paid the difference in cost. So service was good. Just a big hassle when I was trying to enjoy my vacation.
