Beautiful home with lovely accommodations. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was perfect, only about 5 to 10 minutes from everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
The house was great for us. The only thing that takes away from a 5 star rating is the hassle we experienced getting in to the house, I.e, no house cord sent, no communication the day of check in, and no follow up once we got in. The one person that helped us to get into the house. It was his above and beyond customer service-at one time he consoled me and said he would find someone who knows about the property and he did do on a three way call. His name was Indian- maybe something like Aklmaannjk
Well kept older home with nice yards and a mile from downtown.

Great house for relaxing weekend in Palm Springs
This house was very well laid out and had plenty of room for us over the weekend to relax. The front and backyards were beautiful and everything was well-maintained and clean.
Property was perfect for spending time in Palm Springs. The house is close to downtown, many hiking trails, airport and highways. House was well stocked w everything needed and very comfortable. Pool area was very attractive.
We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the house and how well equipped it was.
The location is perfect for walking to everything downtown and just a short drive elsewhere.
The management company was really helpful and responsive.
It was a great stay.
We were all very impressed with the house and will definitely return again. It is absolutely gorgeous!! The pool was clean and very refreshing -surprisingly cool after outside temps of over 110 days prior to our arrival! We could not stop talking about what an awesome house it was! Loved the layout! All 5 girls give it 2 thumbs up!!
Good location but important details should have been highlighted

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. We appreciate your insights, as they help us improve our services and guest experience. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the bikes, and we will certainly look into the brake and lock issues to ensure they are addressed for future guests. Regarding the amenities, we apologize for any confusion about the hot tub and pool heating. We will make sure to clarify in our listings that there is no hot tub available and that pool heating requires an additional fee and must be requested at least two days prior to check-in.
We also appreciate your note about the walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. We will review our descriptions to ensure they accurately reflect the distance. Lastly, we understand the importance of heating throughout the home and will work on providing clearer information about the heating arrangements. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you for providing your valuable feedback, Abraham. We sincerely apologize if the house was gloomy. Please know that your feedback is essential, and we have passed your comments along to our local manager, who will work with the homeowner to make any updates. We truly hope to have the opportunity to impress you in the future.
The place is very nice. Size is great for multiple couples or families. Pool and grounds were fantastic.
Only negative was the A/C. It only seemed to work in part of the house. The majority of the house didn't really get cool which wasn't a major issue but was pretty uncomfortable at night unless the windows were open. We were told to not put the thermostat below 76 which seemed a bit odd for a house in PS.
Super fun and relaxing so happy there was a pool. Great house to get away from it all.
We were a little disappointed that a lot of the dishes in the cupboard were put away dirty, like just drank milk and put glass away with milky residue in the bottom dirty (smelly).
But that is the only thing that was a bit disappointing.
I was in town for a film festival taking place near downtown Palm Springs, and this place was in the perfect location to get to and from the airport and downtown easily. Overall, this is a lovely and spacious property with all the necessary amenities, a well-sized pool and hot tub, three full beds/baths, and plenty of outdoor space. It was super comfy for 3 of us, and we were also able to fit 5 in there comfortably for a night. However, when I checked in, I found some debris and hair in a couple of the bathrooms and in the primary tub, as well as a dead cockroach on the living room floor. I had assumed the place was just cleaned—so either it was not cleaned that recently, or the cleaning person missed all of these things. The property is managed by a rental company, Vacasa, and the communication is a bit impersonal and with multiple people—remote agents and one local property manager. They offered to send a cleaning person again, but we didn't really want that as we had already settled in and spread out, so I asked for a partial credit or anything else but they didn't agree to that. The other issue was that the wifi was a bit spotty but would start working again once I reset the router, which I had to to do a couple times. Other than those issues, it's a great space for a group and the pool and hot tub are nice.

Location and Pool great/ Management Company HORRIBLE!
Good points: The property is a bit dated but overall ok. The pool was great for over 110 + degree weather. Location to everything was convenient. Everything you need was provided in kitchen.
Bad points: The communication between the property management company is HORRIBLE! I reserved this property in April for our July dates with assurance via email that we would be able to check in early by 2pm. Received a check in call the day before our arrival where I again received confirmation that we could check in early but at 3pm instead of 2pm. We arrived at the location at 3pm and had not received codes for entry. When I called I was informed that they could not send us code for lock box until 3:45pm, for 4pm check in. Got jerked around between different people, each one refusing to provide lockbox code until exactly 3:45, even though the house was empty and ready. We were forced to sit outside the property in over 110 degree heat until the last second. When we did finally make entry the house was a STIFLING 90 degrees inside and a fan in one of the bedrooms was broken. We were told we could not put AC below 75 degrees. Called the property back again regarding the AC and needing the door keypad codes because they only provided the lock box code with one key. I was initially told that 1) It’s hot in Palm Springs so we would have to “get used to it” and 2) We would have to pay extra for an additional key because they didn’t have the keypad codes.
It was only after I expressed my EXTREME frustration did they “find the keypad codes” and sent someone out to get the AC units working. They provided a box fan as a solution for the fan in bedroom not working.
Will NEVER reserve another property managed by Vacasa!!!
Wonderful House, Right Price, Poor Customer Service
There were 4 of us that stayed at the property. We all slept in our own rooms and one on the couch. The house was very well stocked for this situation with plenty of linens, towels, kitchen items. Honestly probably one of the better stocked houses I have been to. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out and we were comfortable inside and out. The pool was wonderful (we paid for it to be heated and it was perfect), the seating outside was great, and the grill worked well with an extra propane tank in case the first one ran out. Check out was a breeze with little responsibility on us which was nice.
Location - a mile from the airport. Grocery store about a half mile away and downtown is a mile away. All very walkable. 2 bikes available for free (that need a little TLC) but nice to have for sure.
The negatives - Like others have mentioned, you are basically on your own once you get there, and there arent many directions for things within the house. We paid for the pool/spa to be heated, but could NOT find the spa controls anywhere. I called Vacasa on our second day of our 5 day stay, spoke to someone after holding the line for 10 minutes, she knew absolutely nothing about the house (probably at corporate office), and said she would have the local property manager get in touch but no one ever did. We DID end up finding the remote to the hot tub by accident on the last night which was in the living room on a shelf in a place that made no sense. The lockbox for the key got stuck a few times and it took us 15 minutes of fumbling with it to get the key out once. One night the neighbors were BLASTING rap music until about 10pm - which was ironic given the documents we had to sign documents that no outside music was permitted by short term rentals, ha. Did not bother me but I am sure a family would not have been too thrilled.
So - like others have said - a really fantastic house for a great price but once you're there you are on your own do not expect anything from management.
