Contemporary and modern with all new furniture, paint, flooring, and new dual pane windows, it's a perfect fit for those looking to unwind in a comfortable family home, bursting with amenities. Facing west, the backyard and pool are bathed in all-day sunshine and gorgeous evening sunsets behind the San Jacinto Mountains. You and your guests will enjoy dining al fresco on the outdoor dining table with seating for six and preparing meals on the gas BBQ grill. The chef's kitchen features top-end stainless appliances, granite counters, and two islands, yes two! There's also a bar area with a sink for whipping up cocktails each night. Beautiful property which appeared just as advertised. Almost everything I needed was available to me, except for the heater being set to a level where the house was difficult to heat. Because I that, I would not stay there again.
