Our condo is located in the fast growing, and highly desirable corridor of Bonita Springs and Estero, in the heart of southwest Florida. We picked Bonita Springs, a tropical zone in SW Florida because of the extraordinary flora and fauna, the respectful management of the waterfront, and the almost perfect climate. In addition, the planned urban experiment of coconut point gives us urban chic in a wild paradise.

What makes this property unique

An end unit contemporary style condo with 4 outdoor living spaces and lots of light. A very unique open floor plan and high ceilings. It is just a pleasure to live in this space!
