Location is great near downtown Big Fork and near the lake. Overall, the condo was nice and spacious. Our only complaints are that the rooms could have been cleaned better, the shower faucets were loose, the chain to turn on the ceiling fan above dining room table was too short, and there was no cutting board. Also, the directions to the hot tub were confusing.
