About this property

202C - 2BR/1 Bath at Seaspray Condos on Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach, Fl

One King bed in the primary bedroom and two Queen beds in the guest bedroom. There is also a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room allowing this unit to sleep up to 8 people. There is a 55" TV in the living room and 40" TVs in both bedrooms. This unit also includes a DVD player, blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Dogs only. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of our condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). There is an initial flight of stairs to enter the condo. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for rentals. Our minimum age to rent is 25.

Seaspray is a great value on Okaloosa Island - particularly if you need to bring your pet! We have stayed here twice with a family of 4 and a small golden doodle. The grounds are really nice for our kids to kick a soccer ball, the beach is great, and you are walkable to the FWB Pier and restaurants. This particular unit shares a single upstairs bathroom so that may be tight for some families. Also, the unit is on the 2nd floor and the bathroom on the 3rd floor, so you you have guests with limited mobility (like my 86 year old mom!), this may not be the best unit for you. Otherwise, it was great. We love the complex and will be back!

Thank you so much. We do provide also 2 free beach chairs & 1 umbrella set up at the beach daily. We do have some pet friendly condos. Our condos are all set up townhouse style where bedrooms & bathrooms are upstairs. Enjoy a game of shuffleboard, cornhole, horseshoes or volleyball at the beach. Our gym has hot saunas and we have coin operated laundry area.
