The condominium charges a entrance fee of 20.000 pesos (USD 4.5) per person in the main gate. Children 12 years and younger are not charged.

Otros aspectos a destacar
House maids are mandatory and charge 100.000 pesos (U$ 26) per day in cash. There will be one maid if your group is smaller than 8 people, and 2 if it is larger. They will pamper you, clean and cook. Let them surprise your tastes with a hearty typical Colombian lunch or ask them to buy fresh exotic tropical fruits at the local market!.

Check-out time is strictly enforced. Late check-outs will be considered an extra night and will be charged accordingly.
