From any room of this beautiful villa we can see and enjoy the view of the sea in all its splendour. It gives us the sensation of almost being at sea, seeing it through the large windows. The whole house has Internet with wireless ADSL.
The house is distributed over three floors, a large front terrace and a back terrace.
In the basement we discover an impressive indoor swimming pool, not heated, 11 mts. long and 4 mts. wide.
On the main floor we have the large front terrace and the living-dining room with large windows, dividing the room a large glass window allows us to see the sea from the kitchen-dining room. The designer kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. It also has a toilet.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with sea views and a large balcony, and a back bedroom. All of them with individual bathrooms and air conditioning.
The first floor is a large room with: living room, television, dressing room, bathroom and air conditioning. It is surrounded by balconies and terrace. It has a breathtaking view of the sea and the whole bay of Alcudia.
