The house is of very good quality and well equipped for cooking so perfect for a family stay. The only issue was that the parking space at the house was not clearer of snow when we arrived and the path to the front door was not clearer which would have been expected.

Nice...

The property is clean and quite new. It is well equipped and comfortable. But apart from hiking there is not much you can do if the wheather is bad and you travel with kids. And it would be good if the TV etc would not be in dutch... English would be preferred.

Das Haus ist schön und komfortabel eingerichtet und war sauber gereinigt. Wir haben dort mit zwei befreundeten Familien (6 Erwachsene, 4 KInder) gewohnt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man muss sich nur im Klaren darüber sein, dass man weit abseits vom nächsten Ort wohnt. Prima ist die Nähe zum Skilift (ca. 1,7 km) und dem kleinen aber ausreichenden Skigebiet Riesneralm. Positiv: Sauna, Hausausstattung und Raumeinteilung, Skiraum, kleines aber schönes Skigebiet Negativ: wenig Schrankplatz im Schlafzimmer, keinen Ablauf im Skiraum, zu wenig Mülltonnen am Sammelplatz und kaum Mülltrennung

Der Urlaub im Haus Lilyan war sehr schön. Das Haus ist neu und geräumig. Mit der Sauberkeit des Hauses bei der Ankunft waren wir nicht zufrieden. Bei der Endreinigung erwarte ich eine professionelle und gründliche Reinigung. Zum Beispiel waren die Oberflächen in der Küche nicht sauber. Es wurde auf Anfrage noch etwas nachgearbeitet. Die Umgebung hat viel zu bieten, man kann jeden Tag woanders tolle Wanderungen machen, wenn man bereit ist, auch etwas zu fahren. Das Feriendorf selbst wird bestimmt gut aussehen, wenn es ganz fertig ist. Im Moment wird noch gebaut, das hört man auch manchmal.
