We absolutely loved this place. It is truly so comfortable and cozy right on the Southside of town. The host offers wonderful communication, the place is clean and purposefully decorated. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone

This house is perfect for a couple and a child with 2 bedroom arrangements. However, I stayed there alone during my trip. It was a perfect location for parking at the nearby mall and shuttling to the Iowa State Fair! I liked the off street parking. It was clean with working appliances.

Nice little old house in a quiet neighborhood. I felt safe and comfortable. Very close to the airport and shopping. Great location. Glad to be able to park in a driveway. The house did have a bit of a bad smell and the air fresheners were a bit much. Had an issue with the door lock but got it fixed and the owner was responsive.

Great value for the price point. The only thing I would caution is there are a lot of air fresheners so very strong odor so if you’re sensitive to smells might not be the best option. Owner was very responsive. Nice off street parking. Nice little fenced in yard. Overall nice and way better than a hotel room.

Honestly every single thing about this location and stay was top notch, but it had an awful odor inside of it. Genuinely, it smelt like walking into an assisted living facility. Other than the horrible scent, it was perfect and everything we were looking for!

Our stay was comfortable. The host was attentive to our needs. And the house was in a quiet neighborhood &, happily, far away from the hoopla of the Iowa State Fair (which was the reason of our trip to DM.)

Overall a very cute space. Host did come rescue me when I accidentally locked the wrong lock. I had to clean some dishes that didn’t get cleaned before I got there, and there were a few other spills that did appear to be cleaned before we got there. It was in a lovely neighborhood and reasonably priced but there were some cleaning things I wasn’t super happy about, but it could have been a fluke, so I might stay there again if we are in the area.
