The Space:
You're going to love this outdoor living space! With a resort-style heated pool featuring a sun shelf and heated spa, poolside basketball hoop, plus a covered patio with soft seating and dining, this backyard paradise is built for entertaining. The entire backyard is turf with an added putting green and corn hole for friendly competition. Steps lead directly from the pool area up to a large balcony with dining that opens into the great room. The garage features a ping pong table with sliding doors opening to the pool area, creating seamless indoor-outdoor flow. As you go up to the levels above, you'll find multiple balconies with beautiful bay views and a rooftop deck with seating where you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset—living up to the home's name, Sunset Sunrise, with views of both the bay and the Gulf of Mexico. These exterior entertainment spaces via the pool area, covered patio, balconies, and rooftop deck truly make this home special. Ground Level:
This home provides free parking for up to 5 vehicles with 2 covered spaces in the garage and 3 spaces in the driveway. The main staircase and elevator access to all levels is here (excluding rooftop). In the garage, you'll find beach equipment and bikes provided, a full refrigerator and freezer for additional storage and convenience, and a ping pong table with seating and sliding doors that open directly to the pool area. The backyard area is fully fenced and features turf throughout with a putting green, heated pool with sun shelf and heated spa, covered patio with soft seating and dining spaces, and BBQ grill with propane. Steps from the pool area lead up to the first level of living.
The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):
The home's great room is on this level with the fully stocked kitchen with premium appliances, and everything you need cooking for the family. The interior dining area has a dining table for 10, plus additional bar seating at the waterfall kitchen island. The living room provides comfortable coastal furnishings and a media center with large smart TV. The great room opens to a large balcony with dining that overlooks the pool area and provides beautiful water views. Bedrooms 1-5 are on this level. Bedroom 1 is the home's master bedroom, featuring water views, a king bed, private balcony access, walk-in closet, and an oversized en suite bath with double vanity and large walk-in shower. Bedrooms 2-4 are king suites that feature king beds, luxury bedding, walk-in closets, and en suite bathrooms with vanities and walk-in showers. Bedroom 5 features three twin beds and an en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. There is also a half bath and laundry room with stackable washer/dryer units on this level.
The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):
On this level you'll find a club room with a wet bar featuring mini fridge and beverage cooler, soft seating, Nintendo gaming console and a full bathroom with a shower right off the club room. There are also 5 bedrooms on this level. Bedrooms 6-9 are king suites featuring king beds and en suite bathrooms with vanities and walk-in showers. Bedroom 10 is the home's bunk room featuring a queen over queen bunk bed and an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Multiple balconies on this level provide water views and access to outdoor spaces.
Rooftop Deck:
This rooftop space provides seating to relax and take in the views. True to the home's name, Sunset Sunrise offers the perfect vantage point to enjoy sunrise over the bay and sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. So, be sure to grab a book, a coffee or cocktail, and enjoy the sea breeze and Florida sun from this perch overlooking Anna Maria Island and the surrounding waters.
Getting Around:
If you want to explore further without the hassle of driving, you’ll find multiple stops nearby for the free trolley or ‘Monkey Bus’ ride that provides transportation service to the entirety of Anna Maria Island. You’re also just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft to the mainland Bradenton/Cortez area (5-10 minutes) and downtown Bradenton or Sarasota (25-30 min) for access to numerous fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, bars and entertainment, grocers, and more. And, day trips to Lido Key, Siesta Key, Venice Beach, Myakka State Park and so much more are all less than an hour away, as well as the amazing theme parks of Tampa and Orlando that are all just 1-2 hours away! So, whether you’re relaxing poolside, entertaining on the rooftop deck, hosting friends and family, or planning a day trip or getting out on the town, this estate promises a vacation experience like no other.

This Anna Maria Island luxury vacation rental features Smart TVs with streaming services, as well as Free Wi-Fi throughout the property—including outdoor areas for full coverage for all your work or personal needs. All bedrooms will include smart TVs, and the home offers window treatments throughout.
