About the host
Hosted by Leanne Nail
We’re local to the Batesville area and truly love this community. It’s a wonderful place with friendly people, beautiful scenery, and plenty of small-town charm. Being from here, we enjoy sharing some of our favorite local spots, restaurants, and things to do with guests who are visiting the area.
We also enjoy hosting because we personally love staying in homes like this when we travel. When traveling with family, we prefer the comfort of a VRBO or Airbnb instead of separate hotel rooms. Having space to relax, a kitchen, and a place to gather together makes trips so much more enjoyable.
That’s exactly the experience we hope to provide for our guests—a comfortable, welcoming place where you can spread out, unwind, and feel at home during your stay. 😊
Why they chose this property
Our home is nestled in a quiet rural setting where things move at a slower pace. The neighborhood is peaceful, with wide open spaces, fresh country air, and beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. You’ll often hear birds in the morning and enjoy calm, quiet evenings under the stars.
One of the things we enjoy most about the area is the sense of privacy and relaxation it offers while still being a short drive from town. It’s the perfect place to unwind, sit outside with a cup of coffee, enjoy the sunset, or gather around the fire pit and take in the peaceful surroundings.
What makes this property unique
What makes our property stand out is the combination of comfort, thoughtful details, and a peaceful rural setting. The home is designed to feel welcoming and relaxed—more like visiting a friend’s home than staying in a typical rental.
Guests often appreciate the spacious layout, comfortable bedrooms, and fully stocked spaces that make it easy to settle in and feel at home. We’ve added small touches like snacks, bottled water, games, and family-friendly items to make your stay more enjoyable.
Another thing that sets our property apart is the quiet setting. You get the calm of the countryside with room to relax, sit outside, and enjoy the fresh air, while still being just a short drive from Batesville, local restaurants, and shopping. It’s a great balance of convenience and peaceful retreat.
