The house is actually 3 br 3.5 bath. Each room has its own bathroom and there is a half bath on the first floor. There is only 1 TV in the entire house and it's in the living room. Which is designed to be the main room for entertaining. Each room has a mini split a/C unit and the first floor has 2 mini splits. One in the living room and one in the kitchen. The whole first floor is an open concept so no cooling issues there. The yard is great for tanning and the pool is respectable. The location puts you in between the two main beaches. And close distance to restaurants and shops. You have off street Parking. Daily landscaping on weekdays. This is a villa that I would stay in again.
