The Reet/AM06b holiday home is a semi-detached house with 4 rooms that sleeps up to 6 people (plus one child and one baby).

The house is located in a very quiet and sunny spot on the edge of the complex, and you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the countryside.

Four rooms spread across three floors are available to you in this thatched-roof holiday home. Enjoy your holiday at its very best. The approximately 100 m² living space includes a living room with access to a large, quiet terrace—hidden from view by the complex’s driveways—as well as three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The ground floor of the holiday home features the living room, a cosy dining area, a sofa, and the integrated kitchenette. The shower room with a toilet and the entryway are also located here.

The living room is modern and tastefully furnished. A flat-screen TV and a stereo system are available for your entertainment. The spacious south-west-facing terrace, which is, of course, furnished, is accessible directly from the living room. The high-quality kitchenette is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, a microwave, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle.

The two bedrooms upstairs feature a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and two single beds (90 x 200 cm), as well as closets with plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe. One of the two bedrooms features another large flat-screen TV. The upper floor also includes a modern bathroom with a bathtub and a hallway with storage space.

In the attic, there is another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and an additional sleeping alcove for 1 child (mattress size 170 x 80 x 8 cm). There is also a flat-screen TV here. A high chair and a cot are available for our younger guests. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking house, which is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available free of charge. You can also enjoy a small infrared sauna with colour light therapy.

Barbecue enthusiasts can use the electric grill provided with the house. A foldable handcart (subject to availability) is available for you and your children for the short walk to the beach (approx. 400 m) or for outings.

The Mariannenweg holiday resort is located in a low-traffic area, set back a block from the street. The car park and a playground are right at the resort’s entrance. Access to the resort is controlled by a gate system. Only guests of the Mariannenweg holiday resort have access. The holiday home has one parking space.

Please understand that barbecuing with gas or charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the property is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is 250.00 €. The deposit is due along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, provided there are no complaints or defects.

The Am Mariannenweg holiday village, with its exclusive thatched-roof houses, offers you a peaceful and relaxing holiday in Boltenhagen Tarnewitz, located close to the beach. The distance to the beach is approximately 400 m.
Children are warmly welcome in all thatched-roof houses within the holiday village. The resort has its own securely fenced playground. Here, your children can swing high into the air on the various swings, enjoy a ride on the rocking animals, and dig in the sandpit. A ping-pong table rounds out the amenities for your older children as well.

Dogs are allowed in many of the houses.
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.

The car park, with individual parking spaces for each house, is located right at the entrance to the traffic-calmed complex.
