Perfect spot for our family! Came in for a baseball tournament and the house was conveniently close to the fields. It had everything our family needed.

Screaming through night from adjacent home to North, didn’t expect that. Housea/c worked great. Expect for being a sketchy location, home itself was quite pleasant.

Cute, clean house nearby Downtown Ruston. It's an older house, so beware of uneven floors and a wide gap beside the front door. Very comfortable, secure and cozy!
